The Management Team of Hope is committed to the establishment, implementation and maintenance of a formally documented Quality Management System, which includes visible and auditable Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Review Mechanisms, based on the defined scope of the Congregation.
The standards of quality expected from each Church member in the Congregation are defined and documented in the job profile for each job role, which in turn forms the basis of performance contracts that are agreed and signed on a quarterly basis. Thus, each office bearer is aware of and committed to their role in maintaining the degree of excellence defined in the Quality Management System.
By establishing a flexible and coherent Quality church Management System, we are confident that we will be able to assure all office bearers as well as our members’ consistent high quality interventions, thus enabling them to achieve their goals and targets.
Future Plan of the ChurchOur plan is to be a significant church in our township, influencing our workplaces, schools, communities and social groups. We believe the church must engage with the community in which it exists and are committed to impacting our world through service and outreach. We have a heart to bless and encourage other churches and Christian leaders. We also have a strong call to reaching the nations and are committed to effective church planting.
As a church we aim to open up new potential areas for development and empowerment of youth, thus encouraging active economic participation and entrepreneurship.
This church is also aiming to fully extend a helping hand to our adopted school and the community by supplying food parcels, clothing and blankets. The Church also aims to forge partnerships and linkages with other community based organisations as well as businesses in order to ensure social relevance (as articulated in our ‘DREAMS’)
